Baby steps baby steps

OK, the entire REAP/buying process is almost over... so there will be more and more updates coming quicker and quicker. So far, about all we have done to the poor house is clean up the trash left behind. Most of the wooden furniture left from the previous owner will get to stay... I'm not sure we can save the soft stuff like the couches, but its worth a try.
